The Austin Artisan Market is a vibrant marketplace designed to showcase local makers, artisans, and entrepreneurs in the Austin community. Inspired by the Berwyn Shops model, it features 12 cottage-style retail spaces where small businesses can thrive while fostering economic growth and neighborhood pride. This initiative not only supports local craftsmanship but also creates a welcoming space for community connection and cultural expression.

The Stone CDC Buy the Block project is a community initiative focused on revitalizing neighborhoods through property ownership, economic development, and sustainable housing. By acquiring and restoring properties, the project empowers residents, combats displacement, and fosters long-term community wealth.
